Shipping Method
Shipping of an order may depend upon the various factors like: at what time an order has been placed and which product has been ordered. For accurate information, please enter your PIN Code and check the Delivery timeline.
Non Furniture Products:
Deadline: Delivery in 5-6 days.
Cost: COD - INR 100
Prepaid : INR 0
*Furniture Products.
Deadline: when you process your order the dispatch timeline will be mentioned with each & respective product.
Cost: COD : INR 100
Prepaid : INR 0
Please Note: Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at support@nestroots.com or at +91 92051 44297 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it.
How to Pay
Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted for PAN India.
EMI payment method is available as well, just follow the following steps -
1. Choose Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI as the payment options.
2. You will be directed to the Razorpay page, wherein you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards which will have options to convert your payment into easy EMI's for the following banks -

I want to change my order
Please reach out to support@nestroots.com or call at: +91 92051 44297 (10 am to 6.30 pm) for any modification/ changes in your order. There are no fees for any change/ modification in your order. However, if changing your order results in additional product or a change in order total, then those costs will be communicated to you.
Please Note: Changes must be made within 4 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be in the shipping process, and changes may not be possible.
